Aerial hammock and floor spots available. Rest suspended in an aerial hammock as sound waves move through your body. Floating gently reduces spinal and joint compression, signaling the central nervous system to shift out of stress and into restoration.
For those on the floor, you’ll rest in a cozy nest with a carefully layered setup of mats, blocks and blankets designed to feel grounded, supported, and deeply comforting. This traditional nesting position encourages full surrender, helping the nervous system soften, the body release, and the mind settle into stillness.
Sound healing uses vibrational frequencies to guide the brain into slower, restorative states, supporting deep calm, regulation, and repair. With space for 18 aerial pods and 8 grounded positions, this experience meets you exactly where you are.

About Sara
Sara’s path has always been guided by vibration. As a classically trained flutist, she spent over a decade immersed in the rhythm of music performing in orchestras, bands, and ensembles where breath, sound, and presence were everything.
Over time, her journey expanded into the healing arts, exploring massage therapy, energy work, meditation, mindfulness, and the quiet teachings of nature. Each practice brought her closer to the wisdom of the body, the heart, and the divine rhythm of spirit.
Sound became the thread that wove it all together, not just as music, but as medicine, offering her a return to presence, softness, and wholeness. Today, it’s the anchor of her practice and the heart of the sound baths she offers: sacred spaces for rest, reconnection, and a gentle return to your truest self.

Private Group Sound Bath (60 Minutes)

There’s something magical about relaxing as a group. In this immersive sound experience, you’ll settle into deep calm while the vibrations bring your group into greater harmony. A soulful add-on for events, celebrations, or mindful company gatherings.
Groups over 12 people will be charged $25 per person. Initial deposit will be collected at booking, travel fees may apply outside of Marin.
